Credit union Sellers can use the CDFI Analyzer to verify eligibility with a single click. This first-to-the-market feature allows credit unions to quickly assess whether a loan meets eligibility criteria and allows Sellers to create pools of CDFI-eligible loans automatically.

For Sellers

Pools containing CDFI-eligible loans may be an attractive option in the loan participation marketplace. Credit union Sellers, regardless of CDFI certification status, can create and sell pools of Target Market loans to CDFI Certified credit unions.

For Buyers

Credit unions that are already CDFI Certified can purchase Target Market loans as a qualified financing activity.
